Abstract

My study enhances Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) for Mars missions by developing Sequential Convex Programming (SCP) algorithms that optimize spacecraft Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC). Tackling the NP-hard challenge of trajectory accuracy, my research integrates innovative computing strategies, including parallel computing and machine learning, to improve system reliability and real-time control. Future directions of my study aim to expand these technologies to foster autonomous systems and quantum control, with a commitment to increasing female participation in STEM fields.
